It is used exclusively by Ecocert to verify that its client, within the scope of an organic farming certification service (“the Client”), complies with the requirements of Regulations (EU) 2018/848 and/or JAS and/or NOP for the inputs they use. Completing this form does not constitute an input assessment or validation service for the benefit of the manufacturer or supplier. The information provided will be used exclusively by Ecocert to assess the compliance of its Client (as defined above) and will not result in any communication of this assessment’s outcome to the manufacturer or supplier. The information provided in this questionnaire will be treated with strict confidentiality by Ecocert, in accordance with the confidentiality commitment sent by email to the input manufacturer or supplier.
